Cheesy Frog Leg
Stir-fried in dollops of cheesy seasoning and curry leaves, deep-fried frog legs never tasted so good. This recipe might even give salted egg yolks a run for their money. Most diners would not even notice the difference even after several crunchy bites!

Preparation

Frog
- In a mixing bowl, add in all the ingredients and marinate frog overnight in the chiller.
- Preheat deep fryer to 180 degree Celsius, deep fry till golden brown. Set aside.

- In a mixing bowl, mix in all the ingredients.

Stir-Fried Ingredients
- Prepare ingredients as mentioned above (including 250g of pre-mixed cheese seasoning).

Garnish and Condiments
- Prepare ingredient as mentioned above.

Before Serving
- In a wok, melt margarine and stir-fried curry leaf till fragrant.
- Add in fried frog, half of the cheese seasoning and toss well in low heat.
- Once evenly coated, fold in another half of the cheese seasoning and toss well.
- Ready to serve.
