Frog

  • Frog Legs 600 g
  • Potato Starch 60 g
  • Egg Wash 50 g

Pre-Mixed Cheese Seasoning

  • Milk Powder 80 g
  • Sugar 40 g

Stir-Fried Ingredients

  • Margarine 40 g
  • Curry Leaf 4 g
  • Frog Legs 600 g

Garnish and Condiments

  • Japanese Cucumber, sliced 100 g
  1. Frog

    • In a mixing bowl, add in all the ingredients and marinate frog overnight in the chiller.
    • Preheat deep fryer to 180 degree Celsius, deep fry till golden brown. Set aside.
  2. Pre-Mixed Cheese Seasoning

    • In a mixing bowl, mix in all the ingredients.
  3. Stir-Fried Ingredients

    • Prepare ingredients as mentioned above (including 250g of pre-mixed cheese seasoning).
  4. Garnish and Condiments

    • Prepare ingredient as mentioned above.
  5. Before Serving

    • In a wok, melt margarine and stir-fried curry leaf till fragrant.
    • Add in fried frog, half of the cheese seasoning and toss well in low heat.
    • Once evenly coated, fold in another half of the cheese seasoning and toss well.
    • Ready to serve.
