Stir-fried in dollops of cheesy seasoning and curry leaves, deep-fried frog legs never tasted so good. This recipe might even give salted egg yolks a run for their money. Most diners would not even notice the difference even after several crunchy bites!



  1. Frog

    • In a mixing bowl, add in all the ingredients and marinate frog overnight in the chiller.
    • Preheat deep fryer to 180 degree Celsius, deep fry till golden brown. Set aside.
  2. Pre-Mixed Cheese Seasoning

    • In a mixing bowl, mix in all the ingredients.
  3. Stir-Fried Ingredients

    • Prepare ingredients as mentioned above (including 250g of pre-mixed cheese seasoning).
  4. Garnish and Condiments

    • Prepare ingredient as mentioned above.
  5. Before Serving

    • In a wok, melt margarine and stir-fried curry leaf till fragrant.
    • Add in fried frog, half of the cheese seasoning and toss well in low heat.
    • Once evenly coated, fold in another half of the cheese seasoning and toss well.
    • Ready to serve.
