Marinated Chicken

  • Chicken Leg, boneless 500.0 g
  • Knorr Chicken Seasoning Powder 1kg 5.0 g
  • White Pepper Powder 2.0 g
  • Salt 2.0 g

  1. Salted Egg Sauce

    1. Heat up pot, melt butter, stir fry curry leaves and chilli padi till fragrant.
    2. Turn to low heat and whisk in Knorr Golden Salted Egg Powder
    3. Stir fry till mixture is smooth and aromatic. Add in cream, water and bring to boil.
    4. Simmer for 2 mins and fold in the remaining ingredients.
  2. Marinated Chicken

    1. Marinate the chicken with the ingredients stated above for at least 2 hours.
    2. Grill or pan fry the chicken till cooked.
    3. Plate and assemble.
