  • Dory Fish Fillet (cut into 10 slices) 600.0 g
  • Curry Leaf 4.0 g
  • Chilli Padi, chopped 4.0 g
  • Sugar 120.0 g
  • Margarine 125.0 g
  • Knorr Golden Salted Egg Powder 800g 60.0 g
  • Knorr Chicken Seasoning Powder 1kg 20.0 g
  • Hard Boiled Salted Egg, Minced 4.0 pc

  1. Marination

    • Marinate fish slices for 15mins. Set aside.
  2. Flour Mixture

    • Coat fish slices evenly with flour mixture. In a pan, deep fry fish slices till crispy and golden brown. Drain off excess oil.
  3. Deep Fried Salted Egg Fish Fillet

    • In a pan, melt Margarine, sauté chilli padi and curry leaves till fragrant. Add minced hard boiled salted egg and stir fry on low heat till foamy. Whisk in Knorr Golden Salted Egg Powder, sugar, evaporated milk and water and cook till sauce thickens. Add fried fish slices and stir fry till well mixed. Plate and serve.
