Grilled King Prawn with Tamarind Broad Bean Sauce
The King of Prawns gets the royal treatment. Marinated overnight and then deep-fried to perfection, this dish is served with a tangy broad bean sauce with a tamarind twist.

King Prawn, deshelled 600 g

Corn Flour 50 g
Tamarind Broad Bean Sauce

Sesame Oil 10 ml

Sesame Seeds 10 g

Chilli Broad Bean Paste 100 g
Garnish and Condiments

Lime, halved 20 g

Thai Basil 10 g

Lemongrass, crushed 20 g
Preparation

Prawn
- In a mixing bowl, mix well all ingredients and marinate prawns overnight.

Tamarind Broad Bean Sauce
- In a mixing bowl, mix all the ingredients together.

Garnish and Condiments
- Prepare ingredients as mentioned above.

Before Serving
- Fry prawn for 5 mins till cooked and golden brown.
- Portion sauce into ramekins.
- Garnish and serve.
