Prawn

  • King Prawn, deshelled 600 g
  • Egg White 30 g
  • Corn Flour 50 g

Tamarind Broad Bean Sauce

  • Sesame Oil 10 ml
  • Sesame Seeds 10 g
  • Chilli Broad Bean Paste 100 g

Garnish and Condiments

  • Lime, halved 20 g
  • Thai Basil 10 g
  • Lemongrass, crushed 20 g
  1. Prawn

    • In a mixing bowl, mix well all ingredients and marinate prawns overnight.
  2. Tamarind Broad Bean Sauce

    • In a mixing bowl, mix all the ingredients together.
  3. Garnish and Condiments

    • Prepare ingredients as mentioned above.
  4. Before Serving

    • Fry prawn for 5 mins till cooked and golden brown.
    • Portion sauce into ramekins.
    • Garnish and serve.
