Hainanese Stewed Assorted Delicacies

  • Dried Cuttlefish, stripped 30 g
  • Dried Shrimp, soaked 20 g
  • Pork Belly, sliced 50 g
  • Shredded Onion 30 g
  • Garlic, sliced 10 g
  • Garlic Shoot, sliced 50 g
  • Cabbage, hand shredded 50 g
  • Deep Fried Pig’s Skin, soaked 100 g
  • Dried Chinese Mushroom, soaked and shredded 3 pc
  • Bean Curd Skin, portioned and soaked 100 g
  • Black Fungus, soaked and sliced 50 g
  • Glass noodles, soaked 100 g
  • Snow Peas 30 g
  • Red Pepper, sliced 30 g
  • Carrot, sliced 20 g
  • Chinese Sausage, sliced 100 g
  • Fermented Bean Curd 10 g
  • Sugar 5 g
  • Pepper Powder 1 g
  • Sesame Oil 3 g
  • Stock 200 g
  1. Hainanese Stewed Assorted Delicacies

    • Heat up an oil pan, sauté dried cuttlefish and dried shrimps till fragrant, add shredded onions and sliced garlic, lastly add in pork belly and stir fry briefly till aromatic.
    • Add in cabbage, deep fried pig’s skin, Chinese mushrooms, bean curd skin, black fungus and seasonings, braise for 10mins till cabbage is soft.
    • Add in rice noodles, carrot slices and garlic shoots and cook till stock is reduced, lastly add in red pepper, snow peas and Chinese sausage slices and stir fry till well mixed. Ready to serve.
