Marinade

  • Knorr Chicken Seasoning Powder 1kg 20.0 g
  • MSG 10.0 g
  • Sugar 5.0 g
  • Meat Tenderiser Powder 6.0 g
  • Potato Starch 20.0 g
  • Whole Egg 50.0 g

Honey Tomato Capers Sauce

Garnish

  • Green and red peppers 20.0 g
  • Pineapples, diced 20.0 g
  • Green Onions, finely chopped 20.0 g
  • Celery, diced 20.0 g
  • Affilla Cress 5.0 g

Preparation

  1. Pre-Marinated Pork Ribs

    • Marinate pork ribs with salt, soda powder for 1hour and wash away the salt and soda marination under running water.
  2. Marinade

    • Strain pork and add in marinade ingredients. Marinate the pork ribs for an hour, heat up oil and deep fry to golden brown. Set aside.
  3. Honey Tomato Capers Sauce

    • Mix all the ingredients together and bring to boil.
    • Let let the sauce simmer and toss in the fried pork ribs. Make sure the sauce evenly coats the ribs.
  4. Garnish

    • Stir-fry the green and red peppers and pineapple and plate.
    • Top with pork ribs . Garnish with celery, green onions and Affilla cress.
