Water 1200 ml
Hickory Cheese Pasta

Corn Oil 40 ml

Yellow Capsicum, diced 30 g

Red Capsicum, diced 30 g

Green Capsicum, diced 30 g

Onion, diced 100 g

Swiss Brown (wedges) 100 g

Smoked Ham, diced 100 g

Pasta, blanched 600 g
Garnish and Condiments

Parsley, chopped 10 g
Preparation

Hickory Cheese Sauce
- Mix all the ingredients together and bring to boil.

Hickory Cheese Pasta
- Heat up oil in pan, sweat onion, mushrooms, capsicum and smoked ham till fragrant.
- Turn to high heat and stir fry pasta.
- Fold in cheese sauce (600g) and mix well.
- Bring to boil and ready to plate.

Garnish and Condiments
- Prepare ingredients as mentioned above.

Before Serving
- Swirl pasta onto desired plate.
- Add in garnish, condiments and it is ready to serve.
